WubbaNub Pacifiers

  1. Our 2 month son LOVES his okey dokey Dino! We also have mango monkey and Levi lion, both of which he also likes, but he always seems to want to cuddle his Dino more than the others . The only thing I would say is I wish there were more boy/gender neutral wubbanubs from Mary Meyer. It seems like most of them are for girls! Especially moo moo cow- make a boy version!! :)

  2. We are on our third round of nubs. Our twins were two months early and we were told about these in the NICU. It was the only paci that would stay on their tummies or could be tucked into their swaddles. Our girls are turning two this month and they still love the paci to go to bed! Such a wonderful product! Thank you!

  3. I would love to see a purple wubbanub.

My daughter was born 10 weeks early and as such was very small and her only comfort for a while was her Bink. your wubbanubs are the only binks that we could get her to keep in her mouth as we could tuck it in her swaddle blanket. I was so grateful to you guys for the wubbanubs we have gone threw about 10 of them. i have no idea where they keep disappearing to but melody cant sleep without 3 of them one in mouth and 1 in each hand, and anytime she has a procedure done she has her binks with her. i dont know how we would have survived without these. shes now 16 months old and we still have to have one handy at all times! thank you for the amazing product. i will continue to recommend your product to everyone i know and keep giving them as baby welcoming gifts as they are the best out there!

    • We are so happy our WubbaNubs have helped your daughter. Thank you for reminding us how special they are and how much they mean to our little friends.

Love the Wubbanubs! Found them when my daughter was about a month old, she would only take soothie pacis and these were a life saver! Helped her hold things so much that she held her bottle alone at 3 months and we never lost pacis again! She is two and still takes a paci at bedtime but we sadly had to take her wubbanubs away(after going through 6 in 18 months tgat how much she sucked them) because she can now chew through the green soothie. I would love to see them made with the thicker soothies the pink and blue ones since some kids(even though its not reccomended) keep a paci long after teeth come in. My son would never take one but he has two wubbanubs of his own graciously chewed on by his big sister!

We have a spongy blue elephant with yellow polka dot ears. We would love to find another one. Do you still have these for sale?

  9. Lynne McReynolds says: Feb 25,2012 at 12:36 am

I can’t find the little baby girl holding the pacifier. Has it been discontinued? If yes….Do you know where I might still find one?
    Thanks my grandbaby loves her!

    • My advice is to Google “Mary Meyer Little Princess WubbaNub”. There may be some out there for sale. I’m sorry but we no longer have any here at Mary Meyer.

  10. Dawana Melford says: Feb 18,2012 at 4:13 pm

My daughter loves the Mango Monkey! For her first 6 months, she only chewed/sucked on the tail and feet. Then she discovered the pacifier! We love the different designs that Mary Meyer comes up with and would love to see a Pig!

  11. Heather says: Feb 13,2012 at 3:08 am

I love this product but I wish the pacifier came in different shapes, my daughter seems to prefer the flatter nipples as opposed to the rounder ones.

    • Thanks for your feedback. The pacifier is a Soothie brand which is used in all birthing centers. The rounder nipple seems to be most people’s favorite. I’m sorry we aren’t your daughter’s favorite.

I would love some information on how to become a distributor of this and other products like these.

    • Hi,
We will be in touch via email. Do you have a store? Are you in the USA?
      Thanks.

My son will be 24 years old next month. When he was a toddler, his favorite toy was your Turner Turtle, given to him by his grandmother for comfort through an operation. He took Turner with him on a trip to Nantucket, MA and was holding him by the yellow ribbon around his neck when he suddenly realized he was still holding the ribbon, but Turner was gone. We never found Turner, and even after all these years, it’s a sad story we never forget. That’s how much it meant to my son.

        • Your son must have really loved Turner. 24 years ago. I wonder if he was what we called Tucker Turtle? Green head and limbs with removable leopard print shell?

  13. Jacquie says: Jan 17,2012 at 7:37 pm

I LOVE THESE!!!! Both of my girls had them and they are so attached to them. I hope you continue to make different ones. I would love to have them all. lol. Everywhere I go with my girls, people ask me about them and I recommend them to everyone too. People love them and so do the kids. My little girl loves the pink dog, its her comfort thing. Just wanted to tell ya , that i love them. keep up the good work.

Hello, I am desperately trying to replace my 2 year old’s organic orange monkey (earthmates) that she was given when she was born as it is a bit worse for wear now! It is her favourite cuddly toy and she takes him to bed every night. Is there anywhere in the UK that I can buy one of these as I am having trouble finding one? Many thanks, Emma.

  2. Dave Rajan says: Jan 20,2012 at 9:12 pm

    Hello,

We love your brand, we think it is brilliant. We are based in the UK and are in the process of setting up an organic market stall near where we live along with an organic baby commerce website. We would love to stock Mary Meyer products and we were wondering if you do wholesale?

We would really love to work with you guys and we look forward to hearing from you.

    Yours in anticipation,

    Dave

Taggies Signature Collection

  1. I bought my 3 month old grandaughter her first Taggies 12″x12″ blankie. I can’t wait to give it to her. Her Sister that is now 8 years old loved sucking on and playing with the tags of her playpin & her toys. I wish I knew about Taggies when she was a baby…We always have called her our little tag baby…Now her baby sister will be a true Taggies baby. Thank you so much!

  2. I have loved the great attention to detail that your blankets and stuffed animals have. I worked at a large retail store that carried them and I always gave one of your blankets as a gift when I needed a baby gift. When I became the stores secretary, I suggested instead of flowers to the new parent, a Taggies blanket would be better. It was implemented and the parents all loved them. Unfortunately, I have left and apparently so has your merchandise from the store. I still look high and low when I need a baby gift.

  3. Sandra Simpson says: Oct 20,2012 at 7:26 am

I absolutely love your stuffed animal line. I have quite the collection. When my son was born three years ago we stocked up on baby toys when we stopped at the store in Townshend, VT. Now the 2nd boy is almost here and we will use many of the same toys because the quality is amazing….but I plan to stock up on more. We have an elephant theme in the nursery so I plan on buying some elephants. Thank you for making such good quality and interesting toys!

  4. Jacqueline Gentry says: Aug 28,2012 at 3:34 pm

Hi there…..I vacationed in Red River, New Mexico the last few days, and I went into a store called Climates, and they had your stuffed animals there. I just have to say they are absolutely the cutest stuffed animals I have ever seen. I am a bit of a tightwad, so 20 bucks is not something I would usually spend on stuffed animals for my 2 kids…especially since they already have so many toys….but there was NO way I was leaving that store with at least two of them. The only issue I had was choosing which adorable two to take. I ended up get a brown moose with stripes and a beautiful purple elephant. I’m guessing they were around 15 inches tall. The colors, designs, and softness were just awesome. I just had to get on your website and comment, and i will be buying animals toys for years to come

    • Thanks for the nice letter. We are happy you took the time to tell us how much you like our toys. It sounds like you purchased Easy Peasy Elephant and Mossy Moose. Please give them a great home and tell them stories each night.

My 6 year old daughter has just lost her ‘Hodgepodge Hare’ from many years ago. He was a beautiful velvet purple, green and yellow rabbit with floppy ears and a tie. Is there any chance you still have one in the depths of your cupboards?

    • We just looked deep deep in the cupboard and came up dry. I’m so sorry. I’d forgotten about Hodgepodge. I’m impressed you knew the name. That helps a lot. It was part of our Cotton Club toys. Perhaps on line…

    Hello,

My three year old daughter has a Taggies Sleepy Fleece Cow from a few years back I bought before she was born. Understanding this has been discontinued, is there any possible way I could be able to order a second one, or find where to get one? She loves it so much it never leaves her side, even though it is starting to wear thin. She also has the kitty and bear, but they do not measure up to the cow.

    Thanks,

    Steve Colby

  10. Hi Jean,
To help us figure out which toy it is, can you email a photo? Does it have plastic or embroidered eyes? Is there a toy on our site that is similar.
    Thanks.

My Sister, Tori, Who will be Eleven on Feb. 20 of this year, Recieved The Sweet Lola the Lamb before she was even born. Lambie ( that’s it’s name) is a houshold name around our family. That Lamb never leaves her side. She dresses it up, talks to it, eats with it, whatever she does, the lamb does! It has upheld for 11 YEARS of TORIANA! This is BIG news.. all of her other stuffed animals have ripped and tore.. But her Sweet Lola the Lamb ” lambie” has never had to be repaired.. She has been in the washer several times and still stands strong. they are the perfect size for little hands! Isaiah, who is 16 months old, has fell in love with The lamb and we have him one on order! I have reccomended to many of my friends! HIGHLY DURABLE.. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!

My 12 year old daughter has had Leonardo the lion as her Bff since she was 1 1/2. We renamed him paw paw because of his big paws. She has loved & cuddled him to pieces. He has gone everywhere. The quality in the workmanship is awesome. After 10 years of loving he does look a little worn but has never needed repaired. The little rascals are so cuddly we decided paw needed brothers. She added 2 2 more Leonardos renamed goliath & Alexander and a leopard renamed spot. We take great care in washing them. Only by hand in the sink with very warm water and a capfull of biologe shampoo (it us clean rinsing shampoo). Thank you for making such wonderful stuffed animals for us to love for a lifetime!!

  5. Jacquie says: Jul 11,2012 at 5:58 pm

On July 1 my little 4 pound 16 year old chihuahua named Sammy Joe passed away. We had been together all of those 16 years and I spent most of the next ten days laying on my sofa with a terrible empty feeling. I was looking for a ‘sign’ from him to help my grief. I am an artist and illustrate children’s poems and books and friends often give me bags of their children’s old toys to use as models in my work. The last bag had spilled over on the sofa and some had fallen out without me knowing. Yesterday, I felt an uncomfortable lump under my head and tugged at a bit of purple plush fabric that was sticking out from under the pillow. Out popped “Sweet Deanna Dog” with “I Love You” hanging from his mouth!!!! I had never seen him before! He is purple which was the colour of Sammy’s favorite blanket and when I place him on my shoulder he feels just like Sammy who would fall asleep on my shoulder for hours. I just wanted you to know how one of your little creations is helping me grieve and heal the loss of a precious little soul. Thank You

This is a very important little guy to my five year old. Please help us find another one!! We have had to guard “goatie” with our lives because he is just that special. Our son never sleeps with out him! Please help us find another one!

I am desperately looking for another black & white rabbit (don’t remember the name) because my 18 month old has become attached to one that he swiped from his Nana. I need a “sub” in case Night Night Bunny has to take a bath, or goes on an adventure and doesn’t come back in time for bed. Any suggestions on where I can find one?

  9. Emily C says: Jan 19,2012 at 1:46 am

Do you still make the Carrie the tabby cat plush? I used to have one when I was eight and I called Whiskers, and I loved it soo much and it was so special to me so I had to take it every where. But sadly I lost it… I was really upset but Im going to get a new one from another toy store. I love Sweet rascals! They are very soft and great to cuddle with :) Im so glad you came up with the idea to make them!

I bought my ten month old daughter Sweet Tessie Turtle while on vacation in New Orleans. She has grown so attached to her, she can’t fall asleep without her. Can anyone tell me if Tessie is machine washable? If not, how should I go about cleaning her?

    • You should have no problem machine washing Tessie. Her footpads are made of a shiny fabric so you may want to avoid any cloths with zippers. This way her fabric isn’t damaged. We suggest cold water, mild soap and air dry. Please avoid the dryer.
      Thanks for visiting Mary Meyer.

Both of our children have loved the Sweet Rascals. Our son took to a frog we purchased in 1999, and has loved it ever since. Our daughter loved her duck, and has since acquired a flock of lambs, a unicorn, and a brother duck is on the way! We love these animals… they are durable and perfect sized for the kids.

    • We’re happy that Mary Meyer toys have been an important part of your children’s young lives. Thanks for reminding us that there is a story unfolding with every toy we make.

  12. My daughter at 11 months picked out the alligator while shopping with her grandmother. I was told she chose it over the puppy and one of the pink ones. She loves it and carries it everywhere!

  13. Michelle Turner says: Aug 11,2011 at 8:28 pm

Do you still have the Sweet Rascals piggy? I believe her name was Pauline. My daughter fell in love w that piggy at 6 months old. She still carries it everywhere a yr later. I want to buy her another one. :)

    • The pig you have is named Sweet Paulette Pig.
I Goggled “Mary Meyer Paulette Pig” and found lots of stores offering her but they all appear to be out of stock. Please keep looking, you may come up with one.

About Us

  1. Terry Anne Matthews says: Jan 20,2013 at 8:26 pm

I came across your Pizzazz Fizz Frog up on the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario. My Daughter was 3 at the time and had never had a favorite toy or blanket before. Froggie soon became her best ‘friend’ and even though she’s had him for 3 years she still loves him to bits. He has his own bed next to her’s, he comes down for breakfast every day and she tells him all of her stories after she gets home from vacation. He guards her bed for her when we’re gone. (He stays home so he doesn’t become a lost toy although on our last trip he stayed at Grandma’s so he wouldn’t be lonely.)
I love to see how much she loves him and although he’s been loved so much he is still in great soft cuddly shape. Thank you for designing such a unique soft colorful plush for my little one to love. I have a feeling he will become a cherished heirloom.

  2. Carolyn says: Nov 21,2012 at 6:55 am

I have two old Mary Meyer stuffed animals with music boxes in them. One is a lamb, and one is a giraffe. They were originally purchased in the early 70′s. Is it possible you have pictures in your archives of what they looked like originally? They are the very treasured friends of a friend of mine, and I’d like to be able to remind her what they looked like before 30+ years of cuddling!

  3. I tell my 4 year old daughter that if she can’t treat her toys with repsect, that I wouldn’t buy toys for her anymore, and instead I’d buy toys for kids who don’t have any toys at the local shelter. She learned to be gentle with them real quickly! But, we do (after birthdays and Christmas) weed out the old toys she doesn’t use anymore and take them to the Salvation Army. She loves the fact that other less-fourtunate kids can use her old toys. It’s just the new ones she doesn’t like sharing!!!

Hello! My family has been vacationing in Wardsboro, VT since 1975. I am now heading up there with my own child and am so excited to take her to the Factory Store in Townsend when I go! I can’t wait to see her excitement (She’s 4) when we walk through the door! I have been dreaming about sharing your place with her since she was born and now I think she’s old enough to really appreciate it! I still remember meeting Mary when I was like 9 and she was so warm and friendly that it has stayed with me all these years! Thank you for being such and awesome place and I look forward to seeing you in early August!!!

  5. My 3 year old has a my first elephant that is dressed like a clown with green ears. I first got this animal for my now 13 year old, she gave it to our now 3 year old. She takes it with her everywhere and has almost worn it out. you can see the stuffing through the fabric.
We would really like to find a new one just like it. If you have any ideas on where we could find one we would be very grateful. This stuffed animal has been a treasure for two little girls!

    • I looked in our archives today and had no luck, sorry. I know the elephant you are looking for, it was part of our Cotton Club series from about 1998. I am afraid he will be very difficult to find. Good luck!

I’d like you to know that I probably would not be here if you had not had a factory in Garfield, New Jersey. My mother worked there at the end of each high school day where, while stuffing animals, she met a woman who asked her to write to the woman’s lonely son in the service. Loving sweet things herself, my mother sent the soldier a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies. You can guess the end of that story—he loved the cookies, met my mother, and decided to marry her. Thanks Mary Meyer!

Last year we bought a pizzazz cat to our 2 years old daughter, Gabriela. She calls him, Mimix, and they are best friends. They do EVERTHING toghter, eat, sleep, play… He is maching washed every week, and he is excellent condition!! When I asked her why she loved him so much, she told me “he is wearing pijamas just like mine!.” I believe he has the perfect size and weight, it is ease for her to carry him around. So you know, he is living a perfect life with us in São Paulo, Brasil. Best regards from your brasilian friends!
